He is survived by: his wife Peggy Carter Samuels; his children, Troy Samuels (April), Tammy Whisenhunt (Matt) and Tina Endicott (Jay); and his grandchildren, Lane Samuels, Gabe Samuels, Sydney Endicott and Wyatt Dunham.
