She was predeceased by: her parents, Beth Waugaman, and Cecil Waugaman, Sr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Cecil Witt and Waugaman (Linda); her nieces and nephews, Sheila Feltis (John) and Travas A. Waugaman (Nerissa); and her significant other Corgi.
