With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Ray Barnhill Anderson of Hanover, Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ross Anderson. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Wade Barnhill, Wess Barnhill, Warren Hale, Karen Holt, Theresa Abell and Wanda Griggs-Chalkley; her stepdaughter Bernice "Bernie" Marsh; and her grandchildren, Ezra Marsh and Reva Marsh.

The family welcomes flowers, but if you would like to make a memorial contribution in Carolyn's honor, the family asks that you do so to the American Heart Association.
