She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Vest and Annie Mae Flippin, Sr.; and her brother Albert Vest Flippin, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Wilton Stuart Terrell; her children, Stephanie Terrell Kinsey (Jack) and Stephen Terrell (Kate); her granddaughters, Alison of Richmond and Emily Kinsey of Richmond; and her sister Patricia Whitmore. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
