She was predeceased by: her husband Fred J. Lewis; her parents, James Lewis and Hattie Lewis; and her siblings, Joyce, Jerry and Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, Diane (Grady), Donald and Kenneth; her grandchildren, Christy, David and Nathan; and her sister June Terry. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Peters United Methodist Church.
