He is survived by: his children, Dr. Shonna Johnson (Wallace), Virginia, Michael Dolby and Samual Hicks; and his siblings, Wilson "Gator" and Mabel (Artis). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
