He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wade Vines and Addie Larayne Suggs. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Vines-Weathers (Timothy), Cletisha Lovelace (George) and Anedra Butler (Wendell); his wife Decorious Vines; his grandchildren, David Aaron (Timothy Vines), Mercelles Weathers, Jaden Butler, Kye Butler, Soren Butler, Melia Butler, George Lovelace, III and Gabryl Lovelace; his great grandchild Shiloh Aaron; and his siblings, Ernestine Rowe (Bobbie), Valerie Vines, Ann Vines and Gary Vines (Deborah). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, spiritual sons and daughters.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Temple Church (1705 Todds Ln, Hampton, VA 23666). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
