He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray Harper, Sr. and Gladys Broomhall Harper; his sister Elizabeth Lee Harper Blake; and his granddaughter Kendal Reagan Harper. He is survived by: his wife Jane Elizabeth Kerr; his children, Holly Janelle McNeal (Michael) and William Matthew Harper (Stevie); his granddaughters, Alyssa Marie Harper and Braelyn Isabelle Harper; and his brother Bob Harper (Hampton).
