It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Romano of Hampton, Virginia, born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Romano and Betty Romano; and his sisters-in-law, Karen and Gail. He is survived by: his wife Mary Romano; his daughter Rosina (Vijay) of Cheverly, MD; his siblings, Michael (Edita), Rodney, Valerie, Colleen, Jamie and Darren; his sisters-in-law, Peggy (Santo), Patricia (Darryl) and Marion; his nieces and nephews, James, Christopher (Kate), Christian, Robbie, Matthew, Melodie, Amy, Jenifer (Drew), Stephanie (John), Jillian (Tom) and Samantha; and his great-nephews, Kyle, Brenden and Chance.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Fort Monroe Foundation, be vaccinated, and subscribe to your local newspaper.
