He is survived by: his significant other Donette McClelland; his sons, Aaron Mulligan (Nicole) of Winchester, Luke Mulligan of Leesburg, Chase McClelland (Mandy) of Windsor and Austen McClelland (Tyler) of Newport News; his sisters, Michele Mulligan of Ashburn, Brenda Mulligan of Leesburg and Sandy Young of Ashburn; and his grandchildren, Cody, Chase Jr., Leila and Zoey.
