He was predeceased by: his parent Jimmie; and his siblings, Jimmy Moore, Bobby Moore, Woody Moore, Betty Sue Kelly and Anne Lewis.
He is survived by: his nephew Shaun Moore; his children, Tiffany Graham (Charles) of Hampton, VA and Kenneith Moore of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Victoria Jackson of Newport News, VA, Charles Graham, Jr. of Suffolk, VA, Kalliyah Moore of Dallas, TX, Kareem Moore of Dallas, TX, Adriana Moore of Dallas, TX and Malayla Moore of Dallas, TX; and his siblings-in-law, James Lewis, Sr. and Brenda Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
