He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary E. Mullen and Rev. Randolph; and his brother Randolph Mullen III. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Gillon; his children, Phyllis, Nathan and David; and his grandchildren, Dominique, Darrice and Danae. He is also survived by brother and sister -in laws (Ward Family); cousins, nephews, nieces, and other extended family.
