He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Hike" Charnock of Tangier Island, Virginia. and Mildred Parks Charnock of Tangier Island, Virginia.; and his siblings, Melvin, Harry Charnock, Virginia Willingham and Marion Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Cutler Charnock; his daughter Laura Charnock; and his grandson Riley Pearce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
