He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Carol Wade. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Dickens (Charles) of Tennessee, Kim Hopkins (Mark) of Virginia and Jennifer Wade (Brian Eadie) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Mark Ryan Hopkins, Brittany Davison and Chase Dickens; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
