He was predeceased by: his father William Walters Sr.; his sister Deborah Walters Thorson; and his niece Heather Thorson. He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Weirich and David Walters; his son Shay Walters; and his nephews, Olaf Thorson, Jay Weirich and Matthew Weirich. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and three beautiful grandkids.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Fellowship Church (609 Aberdeen Rd, Hampton, VA 23661).
