He is survived by: his wife Robin Jackson of Hampton, VA; his children, Jackie Lane McCombs (Jeffrey) of North Carolina, Wilbert Lane, Jr. of North Carolina, Ericka Lane-Gholston of Hopewell, VA, Thomas Lane of Hopewell, VA and Andrew Garnett of Georgia; his grandchildren, Crystal Lane-Leveille (Jefferson) of Alabama, Wayne Gholston, Jr. of Hopewell, VA, Jasmine Gholston of Hopewell, VA, Sonniah Lane of New Jersey, Jamari Garnett of Petersburg, VA and Jayda Garnett of Georgia; his siblings, Arnetta Pender (Charles), Durba Allen, Robin Gholson, Connie Pullen, Darlene Tucker (Wilbur), Paula Taylor, Larry Lane, Roosevelt Lane, Jr., Bobby Walker (Annette) and Wendell Jones (Sherry); and also, Linda Gholson and Keith Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
