Wendell White Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell White of Hampton, Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth White (Neely); his children, James White (Sara) of Alexandria, VA, Kathleen Cohen (Jeff) of Greensboro, NC, Elizabeth Vago (Mark) of Alexandria, VA and Wendy Carter (Mark) of Wilmington, NC; and his grandchildren, Nicholas White (Molly), Cole Carter, Madeline White, Katie Carter, Savannah Carter, Wendell Vago, Alexander White, Jack Vago, Melanie Cohen, Mia Vago, Jacob Cohen, Jeremy Vago (JJ) and Oliver Fisher Carter.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Berea College in Berea, Kentucky or Carolina Beach Presbyterian Church, are appreciated.
