He is survived by: his sister Martha Smith Meinhardt of Virginia Beach; his brother-in-law Charles "Dick" Robinson of Dayton, OH; his children-in-law, Cathy Roberts of Prospect, TN and Herb Fisher of Chesapeake; his niece Stacey Meinhardt Boswell of Virginia Beach; his nephew Mark Robinson of Liberty Township, OH; his grandchildren, Josh Fisher (Tiffany) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Will Fisher (Tory) of Portsmouth and Ben Fisher of Chesapeake; and his great grandchildren, Wade Fisher and Liam Fisher.
