With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter G. Phillips of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica Phillips Goodman; and his parents, Barbara Buie Green and Walter E. Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Justin and Donnie Phillips; his granddaughter Elizabeth Pasino; his siblings, Gloria McCallum (Paul), Janette Locassio (Sean), Damon Phillips (Jennifer), Dink Wenner, Jerry Wenner (Sharon), Kevin Green (Vonda), Kenny Green and Steve Green; and his stepparents, Dianne Phillips and Pete Green (Joyce). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
