She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Chappell, Sr.; and her parents, Calvin Slone and Opal Slone of Newport News, VA.. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Seider of Yorktown, VA, Jimmy Seider of Eaton, OH, Randy Chappell (Heidi) of Newport News, VA, Ralph Chappell, Jr. (Alandra) of Memphis, TN and Timothy Chappell (Candy) of Portsmouth, VA; her siblings, Anna Lilley (Ben) of Yorktown, VA, Joy Putman (Terry) of Georgetown, Texas and Ray Slone of Newport News, VA.; her grandchildren, Chase, Chad, Tori, Joey, Thomas, Zach, Eric, Michael, Aurora, Nicole, Nicholaus, Erica and Evan; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Lukas and Benjamin.
