It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Van Paul of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolly Paul, and Mike Paul, Jr.; and his brother Mike Lee Paul. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughters, Tracy Welak (Brian) and Kimberly Barney; his stepchildren, Cindee Chapman (William), Michael Truitt, Ashley Ragsdale (Philip), Lindsey Truitt and Heather Colley (Mitch); his siblings, Melba Young (Tate) and Freddy Paul (Cherry); and his pets, Stella and Luna. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
The family request in lieu of flowers for donations to be made to the American Heart Association in Van's honor.
