It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Valerie Best (Hampton, Virginia), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Vernon. She is survived by: her significant other Tyrome; her sons, Tyrome-Alexander and Gabriel-Vernon; her mother-in-law Margaret W. Best; and her siblings-in-law, Reginald Best (Nickki), Timothy Hailey, Deborah Baker (Gerale), Rev. Eleanor Hailey, Dr. Terri L. Best and Darlene Best. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, guest will be limited, mask must be worn and social distancing will be imposed.
