We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 59, Tommy Arland Alley Jr. (Hampton, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Alley and Shirley Alley; and his uncle Randy Alley of Gloucester, NJ.. He is survived by: his son William Alley; his siblings, Charles Alley of Newport News, Judith Milliman of Hampton and Kenneth Alley of Hampton; his granddaughter Annaliese Price; his uncles, Ersel Alley of Clayton, DE and Dan Alley of Gloucester, NJ; and his aunt Lois Delogins of Fredericksburg.

Due to Covid, a Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
