He is survived by: his wife Katherine Cash-Bolt; his children, Timothy (Mary), Alan (Askeyt) and Elizabeth; his stepson Brian Gibbons; his siblings, Jackie, Johnny, Bobby, Michael, David and Tommy; and his grandchildren, Maggie, Mason and Mariana.

St. Judes Childrens' Hospital had Tim's heart, so in lieu of flowers, please help the children.
