He was predeceased by: his father James Baisley; his brother Mike Baisley; and his stepmother Bonnie Baisley. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kat Baisley and Conner Baisley; his grandchildren, James, Charlotte "Charkies" and Elliott "Kid Rock"; his mother Linda Sullivan; and his siblings, Cathy Rose (Buck), Art Baisley (Patti), Carol Gonzalez (Richard), Ken Baisley (Natalie) and Jim Baisley (Annette). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (250 Fox Hill Rd, Hampton, VA 23669). The military honors was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at the St. Luke's Historic Church (14477 Benns Church Blvd, Smithfield, VA 23430).
