He is survived by: his wife Ruth Stinnette; his mother Barbara Wiley Stinnette of Madison Heights, VA; and his brothers, Steven Marshall Stinnette (Anne), Tamuning, Guam, Samuel Ernest Stinnette (Nancy) of Amherst, VA and Mark Collins Stinnette of Madison Heights, VA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
