He was predeceased by: his parents, Allison D. Woodard and Mary L. Woodard; and his brother Stephen A. Woodard. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles G. (Edna) of Gloucester, Clyde E. (Becky) and Franklinton; and his nieces and nephews, Mary, Diana, Leslie, Karli, Steven and Timothy. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and one great great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parklawn Wood Funeral Home (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Wood Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
