He was predeceased by: his father David Donald Evans of Wilkinsburg, PA; and his brother Robert Bruce Evans. He is survived by: his mother Roberta James Evans of Hampton; his wife Nancy Lori Evans; his children, Victoria Paige Evans and Robert Christopher Evans; and his sister Karen Nicely. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
