Rowles in Hampton, Virginia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton Stanley Rowles and Maude Evelyn Susan Leonard; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Bilodeau and Jacob Warford. He is survived by: his brother Marvin Rowles; his wife Dolly Rowles; and his children, Holly Chesney (Rowles), Thomas Rowles Jr., Gary Rowles, Greg Rowles, James Prescott, Laura Baisley and William Allen-Rowles. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
