She is survived by: her husband Melvin Lee Alexander; her children, Jerome Alexander (Hollye) of Virginia Beach, VA and Gloria Johnson (Jamal) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Dekel Weaver, Kionta, Melani Patterson, Anthony and Angel Johnson; and her siblings, Edna, Linda, Lossie (Floyd), Dolly, William, Henry (Mary), Mack (Phyllis), Sylvester and Michael. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
