She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin J. Lewis and Jean Wright Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Elmer "Gene" Lindsey; her children, Cameron Lindsey, Kelley Allen (Joel) and Brian Lindsey (Diane); her brother Wesley Lewis (Lori); her grandchildren, Daniel Lindsey, Rachel Lindsey Ivey, Samuel Allen, Hannah Allen Alexander and Andrew Lindsey; and her nephews, Clinton Lewis and Chase Lewis.
