He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Levitsky (Sobities) of Tower City, PA; his siblings, Sue (Levitsky), Judith (Levitsky), Jennings (Robert) of Chicopee, MA and Ambrose Levitsky (Jill Marie) of Hollywood, MD; his nephew Matthew Kandybowski (Bridgett); his godson David Kandybowski (Holly); his nieces and nephews, Jessica Broughman (Josh), Tiffaney Mayett (Keyes), Leonard Lawton of Hampton, VA, Brittaney Logan of Columbus, OH, Dale Waterbury III of Hastings, NY, Derrick Waterbury of Hastings, NY, Michael Waterbury of Plattsburg, NY, April Waterbury of Lawton, OK and Adrianne Dudley of Valdosta, GA.; his girlfriend Carol Simpson; his friend Michael Lauzon; and also Bonnie. He is also survived by Four great nephews, three great nieces and one great-great niece.
