With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shizuko Pendleton in Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack. She is survived by: her daughters, Josephine (Lucas) and Susanna (Clint); and her grandchildren, Skyler (Matt), Madison, Gwenivere and James.

The family has asked that any memorial tributes be made to support Riverside Hospice (via the Riverside Foundation) or the Japanese Americans' Care Fund in Annandale, Virginia.
