Sherl Ann Hines Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 66, Sherl Ann Hines of Hampton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thacker, Sr. and Agnes Thacker. She is survived by: her husband Curt Hines; her stepdaughter April Hines; her daughter Melissa Manning; her siblings, Eugene Thacker (Jean) and Lynda Ratliff (Jon); and her nephews, Timothy Harsh, Christopher Harsh, Michael Thacker, Kevin Thacker, Adam Kovalevsky and Ryan Ratliff.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the UVA Health Foundation. Donations can be sent to PO Box 37963, Boone, Iowa 50037.
