It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelva Jean Aldrich (Hampton, Virginia), born in Perkins, Georgia, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Jimmie Aldrich; her daughter Pauline Williams; and her granddaughter Stephanie Smith. She is survived by: her children, Charles Whitmer and Tracy Whitmer; and her grandchildren, Torie Welsh, Shawn Whitmer, Charleston Smith, Justin Whitmer and Charles Whitmer Jr.. She is also survived by 11 Great-Grandchildren.
