He was predeceased by: his parents, Garold Smith and Alice Smith; and his wife Peggy D. Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Joy Taylor and Tony Smith; his children, Jason Smith (Beth) and Wendy Cumbie; his granddaughters, Tabatha Havunen (Stephen), Cathy, Becky and Carolyn Cumbie; his great grandchild Addilyn Havunen; and his nieces, Nicole Taylor and Jessica Garza. He is also survived by five great-nieces and great-nephews.
