Johnson (Teresa); her grandchildren, Kelly Campbell (Kevin), Stephanie Johnson, Gary Johnson and Kyle Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Kevin Campbell, Landon Campbell, Grayson Frazier and Clyde Johnson. She is also survived by her family and friends.
