It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Bradley Brown (Hampton, Virginia), who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Brown and Hillary Author Justice; his wife Althea Brown; and his children, Samantha Brown and Russell Brown Jr.. He was also cherished by daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and many friends.
