She was predeceased by: her parents, William Randolph and Pinkey Pearl Lipford; and her husband Thomas Needam, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Sarah L. Elloitt, Juanita Saunders, Betty L. Pinn (Godfrey), Paul A. Lipford (Christy) and Carla L. Quick (Reginald). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
