She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. (Mildred Hogge Nelson) and Hampton; her husband Charles P. Earhart; and her son Robert J. Earhart. She is survived by: her children, Charlene M. Fee (Richard) and Eric J. Earhart (Shari); her daughter-in-law Susan Earhart; her brothers, Steven L. Nelson (Nancy) and David L. Nelson (Jeanette); and her grandchildren, Christopher "Blake" Fee, Korey Fee, Robert Earhart Luna, Richard Earhart Luna, Mitch Earhart, Mandi Earhart, Missi Earhart, Michael Earhart, Miles Earhart, Matthew Earhart, Axl Earhart (Jenna), Tanitha Collins (Darious) and Layla Gillis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Rose's name to the Hampton Moose Lodge #1514, ATTN: ED, 207 E. Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23669.
