She was predeceased by: her parent Rudell Pickett; and her siblings, Helen H. Roundtree and Robert L. Pickett. She is survived by: her siblings, William Pickett (JoAnna) of Wilmington, NC and Kelly Whitaker (Arthur) of Hampton, VA; and her sister-in-law Barbara Pickett of Hampton, VA. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins.
Romaine was an active and engaged member of her community, where she made significant contributions to various organizations.
