He is survived by: his wife Brenda Small; his children, Christine Small (Darrell White) and Serge Small (Chris Tobin); his stepson Earl "Skip" Price; his grandson Kenneth Price; and his sister Ruth Shanahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
