He was predeceased by: his son Tijuan Kenté "Booney" Howard; and the parents of child, Albert and Athenia Moore. He is survived by: his son Antonio "Tony" Howard (Teyana); his siblings, Gloria Cosby, Uwezo "Bubba" Ayisumo (Maureen), Howard Moore (Janet), Jennifer Gordon, Gary Moore (Phyllis), Teresa Bottoms and Constance Moore-Birore (Charles); his aunt Vivian Stewart of Vallejo, CA; and his friends, Jacob Andrews, Spurgeon Cross of Mike Garrett, W. E, Lyles and Tony Sykes. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rose - Emily Memorial Chapel of C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607).
