He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. Marr and Edna Marr; and his brothers, Charles Marr, Jr., Douglas Marr and Kenneth Marr.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Marr of Yorktown, VA; his sons, Billy Marr (Julena) of Virginia Beach, VA and Timothy Marr (Katie) of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Kylie, Carson, Kara and Colton of Newport News, VA; and his siblings, Faye Taylor of Gloucester, VA, Thomas Marr and Phillip Marr of Ocean Springs, MS..
