He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walczak and Frances Walczak (Kaczmarek); his wife Doris Franklin Woolard Walczak; and his stepson Stephen R. Woolard. He is survived by: his sister Carol Les (Kenneth) of Sterling Heights, MI; his daughters, Frances Bethea of Norfolk, VA and Lisa Ripley of Richmond, VA; and his stepsons, Wayne Woolard (Carol) of Rio Rancho, NM and Randy Woolard of Williamsburg, VA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
