He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Slye and Esther Slye. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cross Slye; his children, Ryan A. Slye (Suzanne) and Kathryn Slye Allen (Robert); his granddaughters, Vivian Slye and Ramsey Slye; and his siblings, Harry L. Slye III, Jack J. Slye (Faye), Sandra Slye Ehlert and Judith Slye Lilga (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
