He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Bingman and Richard Bingman; and his brother Martin Bingman (late Edith). He is survived by: his significant other Betty Bingman; his siblings, Roy Bingman (Marlene) of Phoenix, AZ and Carol Belfiore (Frank) of Hampton, VA; and his children, Ken Bingman (Teresa) of Newport News and Hope Paier of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Ray would be honored for donations to the Building Fund of Bethel Baptist Church.
