We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 85, Ramona Jacqueline Charles Harper of Hampton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Elmo Jr., Gary and Dan; and her mother Jackie. She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Harper; her siblings, Lois Smallwood, Cheryl Charles, Joyce Atkins, Georgia Lee, Donald Charles of Croton, OH., Charlene Ferguson of Chilicothe, OH and Rhonda Dillon; and her daughter Angel.

The family invites friends to make memorial contributions to the Lupus Foundation of America.
