Brown of Hampton, Virginia, born in Creston, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Brown; her son Charles Jeffrey Brown; and her brother Richard Steele. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Sluka (Eddie), Lorrie Winfree, Janet Overstreet and Paula Augustson; and her sister Patricia Jeter. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
