She was predeceased by: her parents, Willam "Scoop" Burch and Marionetta "Big Penny" Burch. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Linnemann of Southport, NC and Jeffrey Arthur of Waxhaw, NC.; her daughter-in-law Laura Arthur; and her grandchildren, Shelby, Sophia Linnemann, Seth, Bailey, Avery, Campbell and Besalu (Lulu).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
